Biographical Sketch

Dr. Shaiwal Satyarthi is a Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. Before joining the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, Prof. Satyarthi had been working as an Assistant Professor (Sr. Scale) at the Chanakya National Law University, Patna. He has widely attended umpteen of national as well as international seminars along-with various workshops, conferences and symposiums as a resource person. He has to his credit many publications in reputed journals. His areas of interest include IPR, TRIPs-WTO, Social Justice, Traditional Knowledge and Family Law. Prof. Satyarthi has been a regular Visiting Faculty of Bihar Judicial Academy, Patna. He has been nominated as member in several committees of the Bar Council of India (BCI).
