1. Dr. Gandhi Anand Bilung as a Bursar and Dr. Lalsa Mohini as Registrar shall attend as Special Invitees to all Governing Body meetings as they are integral part of the college administration. The invitee members shall have the right to express their opinions and contribute to the deliberations and facilitate the meetings; however, they shall not possess any voting rights on any resolutions passed in the meeting.
2. Mr. Manwender Kishore Chartered Accountant shall be invited to attend as and when required. Being the C.A of the college he is responsible for all the financial matters and audit of the college.
3. The State Government nominee and the Ranchi University nominee shall be nominated in due course by the appropriate authorities respectively.
