Abhinav Prakash is a dedicated academician and researcher with expertise in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) law. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Law at Chotanagpur Law College, Ranchi, He imparts knowledge in key legal subjects. In the LL.B program, he teaches Constitutional Law, Legal History, and Intellectual Property Rights, while in the LL.M program he takes Comparative Federalism & Cyber Crimes.
He previously held the position of Guest Faculty (Law) at the National University of Study & Research in Law (NUSRL), Ranchi, from April 2022 to August 2023. His academic journey is distinguished by a strong foundation in legal education, with an LL.M in Intellectual Property Rights from National Law University, Jodhpur, and ongoing doctoral research at NUSRL, Ranchi.
He is awarded with Chancellor Gold Medal; NUSRL (University) Gold Medal; Datta Lal Jhunjhunwala Memorial Gold Medal; Smt. Laxmi Devi Jhunjhunwala Memorial Gold Medal; Moti Lal Jhunjhunwala Memorial Gold Medal; Ram Deo Modi Memorial Gold Medal; and Smt.
