Biographical Sketch

Dr. Sakshi Pathak is a distinguished academician and legal scholar, currently serving as Head of the Post-graduate Department of Law, Chotanagpur Law College, Ranchi. With over 15 years of teaching experience, she brings expertise and leadership to various academic and administrative roles. She has made significant contributions to the field of legal education, research, and professional training. Dr. Pathak has a robust academic background that includes Ph.D. in Law, Post-Graduation in Law (LL.M.), LL.B. from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi, B.A. (Hons.) in English from Hindu College, University of Delhi, and Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Bharatiya Vidhya Bhawan ,New Delhi.
