Dr. Avinash Kumar Babu is an accomplished academician and legal scholar specializing in the field of Cyber Law, Privacy Law and Constitutional Law. He has earned his Ph.D. in Law from Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University (A Central University), where he focused on the evolving dimensions of the Right to Privacy in India. Dr. Babu has authored multiple books and contributed significantly through numerous research papers and book chapters in reputed national and international journals and edited volumes. His leadership roles include contributions to accreditation activities, academic audits, syllabus committees, and alumni relations. His academic journey is marked by a strong inclination toward interdisciplinary legal research, and policy drafting. Dr. Babu completed his LL.M., LL.B. & B.A. from Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University (A Central University).
