Dr. Mishra is a graduate of HNLU, Raipur (2010), thereafter he pursued his post graduation from NLSIU, Bangalore in Corporate Laws (2012). Having deep interest in the field of Energy Policies and Laws Dr. Mishra pursued his Ph.D. in Energy Efficiency Governance from NLU, Jodhpur which was awarded in 2021. Dr. Mishra also possesses practicing experience of over 8 Years at Jharkhand High Court along with other Civil Courts and forums situated within the territorial limits of Jharkhand State. While working as a Legal Practitioner, Dr. Mishra was also associated with Indian Institute of Coal Management (IICM) as a visiting faculty to deliver lectures on various facets of laws including contract labour abolition laws, service laws, right to information laws, information technology laws. Before joining NLUO, Dr. Mishra was working as an Assistant Professor (Law) at UPES, School of Law (Dehradun) where he was teaching papers related to Energy Laws and Securities Laws. Dr. Mayank Mishra is on line from NLUO and he is presently serving as Director, Institute of Legal Studies.
