For the betterment of imparting legal Education, Bar council of India, New Delhi decided to have moot court as a compulsory paper. In the light of this mandatory direction and for the benefit of the students Chotanagpur Law College established a Moot Court working under the ages of Moot Court Association.
Moot Court of Chotanagpur Law College is a well furnished moot court, equipped with latest facilities and technology including electronic case display system, attached electronic library and all type of required electronic devices like computers, scanners, photocopier, printer with internet facilities. We also have separate chamber for Judges.
The activities of the moot court are managed by Moot Court Association. The Moot Court Association comprises of a Chairman and 10 executive members including faculty and students.
Moot Court of the Chotanagpur Law College actively participates in all National/ International Moot Court Competition through out the year organized at different places and universities all over India. Such as:
